Our lawyers have extensive knowledge on the creation, administration and structuring of businesses based on trusteeships as well as the verification of goal compliance and performance by trusteeship contract managers.

The firm also offers specialized services for public trusteeships, with an emphasis on Administrative Law. We specialize in the implementation of the Public Sector Procurement, Leasing and Service Act, the Federal Budget and Treasury Responsibility Act, and the Administrative Responsibilities of Civil Servants' Act.

We also specialize in the design and structuring of operations based on trusteeships or special purpose vehicles, including the creation of trust issuers on the stock exchange and the placing of securities corresponding to the latter (CPOs, CEBUREs, CECADEs).

Our office has solid experience in the design of legal strategies for refining, transferring and extinguishing trusteeships, including the reversion of assets and the clearing up of accounts and financial statements and reducing uncollectible accounts from the recovery of trusteeship fees.

We provide consultancy for the development of securities areas in financial institutions, including process definition and manual documentation.
