We participate in all the legal aspects of the issuance of securities, including various types of debt instruments, both in public offers on the stock market and in private placements.

We offer advice on structured issues, including the securitization of assets through trusteeships and mechanisms.

Our firm provides legal services for the creation and authorization of stock exchange intermediaries, as well as the regulatory and transactional aspects of everyday operations. We also take part in various issuers listed in Mexico regarding their obligations on reporting, confidentiality and corporate government. Our lawyers have performed as members or secretaries of the boards of directors of issuers and participants in the stock exchange.
