The firm opened in 1983 (as Ysita and Partners) with a team of lawyers specializing in corporate, financial, banking, securities and mining law. With 28 years’ experience, our professionals, partners and associates have a solid background in the financial sector, the creation and running of financial holding companies from both a corporate and regulatory perspective; public administration, the development of small and medium enterprises and the legal establishment of projects for public and private organizations.

YSITA AND FLORES is also one of the most highly specialized firms in trusteeship issues, together with the design and implementation of financing structured on the basis of trusts and other instruments.

We maintain regular contact and professional links with public authorities and institutions that regulate, control or directly or indirectly supervise our clients' businesses.

Our professionals have been invited to participate in committees and working groups set up to discuss and analyze the drafting of laws, regulations and other legal requirements. They have advised government departments at the three levels of government on issues in the professional areas in which the firm excels.

The firm’s partners engage in academic activities, giving classes, courses or seminars at the country’s most prestigious institutions. They have also submitted their articles and studies to legal journals and specialized publications.
